I will say that one of my favorite aspects of working with a wedding coordinator or event planner is that there is attention to the smallest details as you can see in the pictures below. And a special thank you to Jennifer at O'Grace photography (www.ogracephotograhy.com) for some of the most beautiful pictures I have seen in a long time!
Waiting in anticipation to head down the aisle.
Waiting with the bridesmaids for support before it's time to head down the aisle.
Even the mothers cant contain their excitement for the festivities to start!
Gorgeous bouquets of white hydrangeas, cream and Sahara roses, orchids, etc. sit atop wrought iron stands encased in curly willow. Smaller stands topped with pillar candles surrounded by matching flowers line either side of the aisle for the groom to make his entrance.
And now, it's time for the bride carrying a European hand held bouquet.
The view before any guests arrived.
Cream and white rose petals cover the ground leading up to the chuppa where they will get married. Covered in 6-10' tall curly willow branches, hydrangeas, stock, orchids, roses and foxtail fern, the chuppa creates an incredible frame to capture their "I do's".
A close up of the aisle pieces that welcomed the guests to the wedding site.
YAY!
You may now kiss the bride!
Lindsay's bouquet of white peonies, cream roses, white mini calla lilies, white ranunuculs and silver grey Dusty Miller around the edge. Wrapped in ivory satin ribbon wrap.
Jordan's boutonniere. A white mini calla lily accented with cream coffee berries and a sprig of Dusty Miller.
The mix of both creams and white picks up the lace and under layer of her bridal gown beautifully!
As guests enter the cocktail hour and reception, an elegant silver champagne bucket with floral accent serves as a collection point for gift cards.
A bed of fresh, locally grown wheat grass holds the cards for guests. A lovely centerpiece on a crystal cylinder gives guests a taste of what's in store inside....
Small florals top cocktail tables, surrounded by more candlelight. This deck upstairs at the Westin, overlooking the lake and golf course, becomes a gorgeous resting spot throughout the evening, for those guests looking for a little respite from the dancing.
A tall floral set atop a crystal tower is accented by votive and floating candles at the base, as well as crystal votives hanging from the arrangement.
A mix of three different styles of centerpieces was featured at the reception. Besides the tall vases, this 6x6" crystal square overflowed with a blend of wedding flowers.
Centerpiece #3 featured a set of three of three different sized vases, each featuring one type of flower from the wedding. Stemmed crystal pieces with floating candles accent the tables with more votives below.
A look through the room.
Hanging orchids accent the chairs for the bride and groom.
While guests mingle at the cocktail hour, florals from the ceremony are moved inside and flank either side of the cake table.
Going through all of the pictures from this wedding was so much fun! You could tell it was definitely a night to remember and everyone enjoyed themselves. We all send our continued best wishes for a lifetime of happiness to Lindsay and Jordan!!!
